During my stay, I had the pleasure of immersing myself in the rich gastronomic heritage of the area by embarking on a unique visit to an apiary nestled in the Albera natural area. Here, I indulged in a tasting of three exquisite honeys, each boasting distinct flavors that perfectly encapsulated the essence of the surrounding mountains.The restaurant at Can Clotas embraces the bounty of the land, crafting seasonal menus that showcase the best local products. Seated in the intimate setting of the restaurant, with a capacity for 20 guests, I savored every bite of my meal, appreciating the meticulous attention to detail in each dish.Breakfast was a true highlight, a feast for the senses with a fantastic spread that catered to every palate. The culinary innovation at Can Clotas seamlessly blends tradition with modern flair, elevating every meal into a memorable experience.
